Elizabeth Gross grew up in New Orleans and returned (this time) in 2012, hopefully for keeps. She teaches interdisciplinary humanities classes at Bard Early College, where she also runs the Writing Center. Most recently, her poems have appeared in the Fairy Tale Review, Painted Bride Quarterly, LEVELER, and The Lumberyard. She co-translated and produced a new adaptation of Euripides' Bakkhai at the Marigny Opera House this June, which will hopefully be performed again soon.
